Lymphatic Drainage For Detox

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a gentle and rhythmic ultimate detox  for the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness. Includes a castor oil pack on the abdomen, reflexology on the feet and head, skin/body brushing. A total body relaxation experience.   

Pre & Post Natal Massage

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation. Using a side-laying technique (30 minutes on each side) 

with a body pillow, client will be gently massaged from head to toe using coconut oil.  Slightly heavier pressure around the lower back area for much needed back release. 

Scalp Massage w/ Sinus Relief - Great add-on to any bodywork service

Scalp and Sinus Relief is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing  face, head, neck, sinus pain, and mental stress (among other things). Encourages circulation while relieving tension.  Can be used with or without oil. Clients preference. 

CBD Wellness

CBD massage butter combined with a medium massage modality helps with muscle soreness, fatigue, arthritis pain and join inflammation. 

Stress Wellness Relief

Medium pressure to help relieve much needs stress. Maybe a little deeper around the neck, shoulders and back areas.  This service includes a scalp massage. 

Raindrop Spinal Therapy Technique

RDSTT produces a deep relaxation with the use of a sequence of essential oils and a light feathering technique along the spine and VitaFlex on the feet. The Essential oils help strengthen the immune system

 and support the body's natural defenses. Helps to alleviate symptoms of scoliosis, kyphosis, other back alignment issues.  Also helps to release stubborn emotions, relieves sore muscles, tendons and ligaments.  The essential oils work together to attack viral and bacterial pathogens, reduces inflammation, curb digestive upset, and joint discomfort. 

Lavender Socks or Hemp Hands

These are add-on's during your body work service.  Product is wrapped around your hands (Hemp Hands) or feet (Lavender Socks) for approximately 15-20 minutes during service.  $15 for each product. 

Caster Oil Pack Detox

Describe pack helps the liver to circulate particles and cleanse the body.

Dermaplaning with post serum

With a hand-held instrument called Dermatom which is used to "skim" off the surface layers of skin leaving your face smooth and ready to rejuvenate newer skin.

Cleansing of the face is done prior to treatment and a post serum will be applied. 

Post Instructions:

1. Avoid direct sun exposure for 3 days.
2. Avoid extreme heat for 3 days.
3. Do not use scrubs or other exfoliators for 1 week.
4. Avoid chlorine for 1 week.
5. Apply serums and moisturizers.
6. Use sunscreen.

PCA Chemical Peels

Cosmetic Teeth Whitening

SinSational Smile- Whitening trays take about 20 minutes a session. Using a UV light to activate the whitening process. You will leave with noticeably whiter teeth, your whitening tray and a touch up whitening pen to use as needed.  A very easy process to a whiter smile. 

Body Sculpting and Contouring

Ultrasonic Cavitation uses ultrasound waves to penetrate the skin and target fat cells, causing them to break down and release their contents, which are then eliminated by the body's natural processes. This treatment can be used on various parts of the body, such as the abdomen, thighs, arms, and buttocks.
